When Dog has to wear a cone, Cat soon finds that with the cone he can hear almost everyone in Nearburg. He quickly realizes the potential for this and starts to blackmail Nearburg's residents into doing whatever he likes.

- Everyone in Nearburg is shown to like wearing pink bunny suits in secret.
- Rancid Rabbit's skin is pink underneath his green fur.
- This episode, alongside its sister episode, "The Ballad of Ol' 159", "Mean Bob, We Hardly Knew Ye", and "CatDog in Winslowland" were the only episodes that never aired in the US. However, they did managed to find their ways on DVD, digital, and streaming.
