Randolph Grant is the trendy suave cat that has an accent like Cary Grant. He first appears in the episode "CatDog's End". He's in Rancid Rabbit's Better Bottoms" for a brand new butt. Why? "Because it's crazy and wild and I love it!" he says. He'll try anything once, as long as it's terribly exciting and attention getting! Randolph appears to be like a celebrity in his lifestyle. In "All About Cat", Randolph was hosting the musical awards banquet. In "The Lady is a Shriek" Randolph is the proud owner of "Randolph's Charm School and House of Beauty", to help turn girls into beautiful women with poise and ettiquette. That's Randolph; a trend setting suave rich and famous cat. He constantly says "And I love it." If Randolph's upset he'll say, "And I don't love it."

Randolph seems to have am optimistic attitude towards life. And seems to find enjoyment in most things. During the show, Randolph has owned many businesses or shows. He seems to consider himself a celebrity. However, in many few episodes he was seen doing anything celebrity like.

  • Many fan storm theories about Randolph have been developed over the years. Most of which, include him being related to CatDog. Fans seem to think he looks awfully similar to CatDog's coloring. It has not been confirmed whether he is related to Catdog throughout the series however, he seems to always be there for CatDog.
  • Randolph Grant appears to be based on the late film actor Cary Grant.
