Jim Cummings (born November 3, 1952) is the voice actor of Cat and other characters in CatDog. He also did the voice of Winnie the Pooh and Tigger in the Winnie the Pooh franchise. Kaa Colonel Hathi Mc Monkey and King Louie in The Jungle Book franchise. Ed the Hyena in The Lion King franchise. Tantor in Disney's Tarzan and finally Pete in the Mickey Mouse franchise
