The Wise Guy of the Mountain, referred by Cat as The All-Knowing, All-Seeing Wise Guy of the Mountain is a minor character in the episode "Climb Every CatDog" and the video game CatDog: Quest for the Golden Hydrant.
Appearance[]
The Wise Guy of the Mountain is a giant creature made of snow that resembles an old bearded man. He could also have a resemblance to Santa Claus. In "Climb Every CatDog" he is actually Dog covered in snow.
Summary[]
In "Climb Every CatDog" he appears from the snow when Cat cries calling himself a loser. He tells Cat that he is not a loser and to trust himself, which made Cat confident again to climb to the top of Mount Nearburg. He disappears in the snow and Cat thanks him. When Dog appears, Cat tells him that he miss seeing him but Dog tells him that it is himself with snow in his face.
In CatDog: Quest for the Golden Hydrant he appears at the top after the mountain climbing mini game "Climb Ev'ry CatDog", this time not being played by Dog. He tells CatDog about a land with melted cheese, jalapenos, taco shells, and hot sauce. When CatDog figures out that this place he is talking about is Taco Depot, they suddenly teleport to Mean Bob's spaceship.

- When Cat sees him, he recognizes his name, so he may have been a legendary character.
- It is possible that his only actual appearance is in "Quest for the Golden Hydrant" since his appearance in "Climb Every CatDog" is Dog covered in snow and Cat was hallucinating.
