The carny had a number of background appearances, even beyond scenes with multiple Nearburgers. One example would be in Escape from the Deep End where he is one of Rancid Rabbit's prisoners.
He had his only speaking role in Fishing for Trouble, where he runs a stall at a carnival that Dog plays and gives him Veronica as a prize for winning.
